Your Offer AuditFREE · PERSONALLY REVIEWED

Are you doing too much work for the money you're making?

You've already got services people pay for. But some take forever to deliver, some barely sell, and some probably aren't worth the time you're spending on them.

What if you could make better money from the services you've already got?

Let me have a nosey at your offers. I'll personally review what you're selling and tell you what I'd be questioning.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You've got a few different ways people can work with you. And they're not all working quite how you'd like.

  • You've got a package that sells well, but by the time you've delivered everything you promised, you wonder why you agreed to it.

  • There's something you love doing, but hardly ever sell. You're not entirely sure why.

  • Every time someone enquires, you end up putting together a slightly different package or changing the price.

  • You've got a service you think is genuinely brilliant, but people aren't buying it as often as you'd expected.

  • You've stopped promoting something that used to sell, and it's been so long you can't really remember why you stopped.

So what do you change? What do you leave alone? And what do you actually want to sell more of?

Let me show you what I mean.

She'd stopped promoting one of her strongest-scoring services.

One business owner submitted four offers. One of them scored particularly well, but she'd stopped actively promoting it after a difficult experience with a client. The ratings suggested there were some real strengths worth looking at, even though she wasn't particularly keen to sell it anymore.

Had one difficult client put her off promoting something that might still be worth selling?

She was thinking about rebuilding a £12,000 workshop.

Another business owner had a £12,000 workshop she'd had one enquiry about. The potential client went quiet, and she was thinking about changing the offer.

Was that really enough evidence to justify rebuilding a £12,000 offer?

Neither example proves the offer was brilliant or that nothing needed changing. But both made me ask questions I don't think the owners had properly considered.

That's the sort of thing I find interesting. Not just what you've scored your offers, but what those answers might tell me about the decisions you're making.

Hiya, I'm Zoë.

I work with service business owners on their sales, marketing, offers and pricing.

I've worked directly with business owners on everything from selling and pricing their services to working out whether the time they're spending on delivery actually makes sense.

I've also run my own business, so I'm well aware that what looks lovely on paper and what happens when an actual client gets involved can be two very different things.

Before I started my own business, I was responsible for over £3 million in annual wedding sales. I've since spent years working behind the scenes of other people's businesses, helping them work out what to sell, how to sell it and how to make more money from what they've already got.

I'm not interested in telling you to change everything for the sake of it. Sometimes the sensible thing is to leave something alone.

Right then. Shall we see what I make of your offers?

What do you actually get?

A free, personalised video from me, talking through your offers and what I've noticed.

  • My personal video review of your existing offers.

  • The things that stand out to me, particularly where your answers don't quite add up.

  • Questions I'd be asking about what you're selling, what it's earning and how much work it takes.

  • Anything I think is worth investigating before you start changing your packages, prices or services.

I'll go through your answers, look at how you've rated each service and record a video sharing my thoughts.

Not a generic report that gives everyone the same advice. An actual review of what you've told me about your business.

And it won't cost you anything.

To give me something to work with, you'll fill in a form about up to five of your current offers. I'll ask what you charge, how you find delivering them, how much demand there is and a few other things.

You don't need to dig out your entire business history or do a load of complicated maths. Your own honest answers are what I'm interested in.

It's not a full financial review or a complete marketing plan. It's me taking a proper look at what you've got and telling you what I think is worth questioning.

Go on, let me have a nosey.

Tell me about up to five of your offers, give each one six quick ratings and answer a few questions about what's happening with your sales.

I'll have a proper look at your answers and email you my thoughts on what stands out, what I'd question and where I'd look next.

No instant computer-generated verdict. Just me, having a look.

Takes around 5–10 minutes.

About you

Your target business revenue, before expenses and tax. Don’t worry if it feels ambitious. I’m interested in what you’re aiming for.

An estimate is absolutely fine. This gives me a useful comparison between where you are and where you’d like to be.

Let’s talk about sales

What’s the most frustrating thing about making sales in your business at the moment? (required)

Don’t worry about giving me the perfect answer. I’m interested in what’s actually happening. Maybe you’ve got people watching your content but rarely enquiring, an offer nobody seems interested in, or months where you disappear into client work and forget to sell anything. Give me the gossip.

The bit the numbers don’t tell me

I'll use your answers to prepare your personal Offer Audit and send it to you.
