Purchase terms.
Who you're buying from
All products and services on this site are sold by Falling Forwards Ltd, trading as Zoë Dew. These terms apply whenever you buy a product or book a service through zoedew.com, including Dig Your Data, the Get Paid Intensive, In Control, the Script Bank, and the Airtable Lead Tracker.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through ThriveCart and/or Stripe. I don't see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in GBP and VAT is added where it applies. Some services offer a payment plan (paying in instalments); where that's the case it's stated on the product page at the point of purchase.
Digital products (Script Bank, Airtable Lead Tracker)
These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, unless stated otherwise. You get instant or near-instant access on payment. Because these are digital products you can copy or access immediately, refunds aren't offered once you've accessed the content or duplicated the base. If something is broken, missing, or not what was described, email hello@zoedew.com and I'll fix it.
Data snapshots (Dig Your Data)
Dig Your Data is a bespoke, hand-built report produced from the data you send. Because the work starts as soon as you submit your files, this is non-refundable once I've begun. If I miss the stated turnaround time, or if anything in the delivered files is factually wrong, I will fix it or refund you, whichever is appropriate.
Bookings and intensives (Get Paid Intensive, In Control)
For 1:1 sessions and strategic partnerships, work on your business begins before we speak, because I review your data ahead of the call. This means payment is non-refundable once that work has started. You can move a booked call once, with at least 48 hours' notice; after that the booking is non-refundable. Cancelling or rescheduling a call
Where a service includes a live call, I ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. One reschedule is generally offered; last-minute cancellations or no-shows are not refunded, because the day was held for you and preparation had already been done.
Intellectual property
Everything you buy, templates, scripts, reports, workbooks, is for your own business use. You can't resell it, redistribute it, or pass it off as your own work for other clients unless a product page explicitly says otherwise (for example, agencies and OBMs buying Dig Your Data on behalf of a client, with that client's knowledge).
Liability
I bring my honest analysis and experience to every piece of work, but I can't guarantee specific results, since those depend on factors outside my control, including how a strategy is implemented. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or excludes liability where it can't legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The version live on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
