Time for your transformation?

With the Innovate programme, you’ll receive:
– A venue mystery shop to get the scoop on current customer experience (performed by me or by a trusted associate of mine)
–  An intensive five-day strategy session to establish your current position, undertake detailed audits of your pricing, customer service, marketing materials, staff and CRM systems, define your vision for the venue and identify your ideal client
–  A comprehensive 18-point follow up report and 1, 3 and 5 year action plans
–  32 hours per month working with me in-house for four months
