Booked By Friday.

The next paying client is already on your list.
Every Sunday I tell you which one and what to send them.

What you are signing up for

Booked By Friday is a weekly email about putting a paid booking on the calendar from people who've already paid you before. One past client a week. A specific message. Something you can send before you close the laptop.

The first email lands the day you sign up, with a five sentence script and the brackets ready to fill in. After that, every Friday, one sales action you can make that week.

Why this exists

When the calendar's quiet, most service providers go quiet too. Then panic. Then post more. None of that books anyone.

What books someone is messaging the wedding planner you delivered for last March. The course creator whose funnel you fixed in October. The agency owner who said "let's do phase two" and never came back. There are between six and thirty of those people sitting in your inbox archive right now.

Booked By Friday is a weekly email about messaging one of them, with the words to use and the price to put on it.

A typical Sunday email looks like this

  • One past client to message this week

  • The exact thing to say to them

  • Why they'll reply

  • The price to put on it

  • What do do when they say yes

  • What to do when they ghost

That's it. Five minutes to read, two minutes to send.

This is for you if

  • You charge for your work and the calendar's lighter than you'd like.

  • You've got at least a year of past clients sitting somewhere in your inbox or your Stripe account.

  • You're tired of being told to redesign your bio at 11pm on a Sunday.

  • You'd send the message if someone told you what to say.

This is why you should care

  • Past clients reply. Members who messaged past clients, some they hadn’t spoken to in over a year, got a 60% reply rate.

  • They buy fast. A member booked £3,450 of work in 17 minutes of follow-up with a past client. One reader sent a Booked By Friday email at 4.14pm and was paid £1,500 by 4.34pm.

  • It pays better than cold outreach. In my sales membership, time spent going back to past clients earned £19 a minute. Cold outreach earned 87p.

  • You already have the people. One member exported her Stripe customers and found 75 who weren’t on her email list.

Who I am.

I'm Zoë. I run Falling Forwards Ltd. Before that I spent three years behind the scenes on six and seven figure launches, and ran a wedding venue to £3.25 million as head coordinator.

Across every one of those businesses, the next sale was already on the list, in Stripe, in the inbox archive. Nobody was sending the message. Booked By Friday is the message I'd send you on the Monday if I worked in your business.

Northern, AuDHD, anti-guru. Data over vibes. I will not tell you to manifest anything.
